Strong Neuro focus with lucrative Radiology practice in Indiana metro area. The group that has managed to combine a comfortable and relaxed work environment with excellent income. They practice at three hospitals and two outpatient imaging centers owned by the group. One of their main hospitals has recently implemented a number of state of the art enhancements to their imaging capabilities, such as a comprehensive Cardiac Imaging service. There are excellent upscale residential communities within 25 minutes of the hospitals. The group currently has 32 Radiologists, and they are looking for an additional Neuroradiologist due to an increasing caseload in that area.

They read a moderate amount of studies (14-15,000 cases per Radiologist per year) and yet have above average income, with a starting salary of $300-400K depending on training and experience and a partnership compensation of $640K at full partnership (professional services plus imaging center partnership). They also have Nighthawk coverage in place and a full benefits package including $45K pension and vacation starting at 8-9 weeks and moving to 12 weeks at partner. They recently implemented an initiative to transition the group to a 4 day work week once they have a full contingent in place.
